Returns Policy
Our "goodwill" returns' policy does not affect your legal rights under the Distance Selling Regulations or other legislation.
Own Purchase
For a "goodwill" refund or exchange (ie. where there is no legal right to a refund or exchange under the Distance Selling Regulations or otherwise), after you have received your goods, you can return any item for a refund, provided you have the Delivery Advice Note document or other proof of purchase. Items being returned must be unused and undamaged and must be returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 30 days of receipt of your goods.
For smaller items (no dimension greater than 500mm when packed) you may return them via Royal Mail but they must be sent by Recorded Delivery.
For larger items (any one dimension greater than 500mm when packed) please ensure that you email customer.services@picturecentric.biz first to notify us that the item is being returned. You may use your own courier if you prefer, or arrange collection either by our van or by our appointed courier.
Please Note: The cost of the return carriage will not be borne by me.
Gift Items
If you have received an item from me us a gift from someone else, you can return it for a credit voucher. Items being returned must be unused and undamaged and must be returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 30 days of receipt of your gift.
For smaller items (no dimension greater than 500mm when packed) you may return them via Royal Mail but they must be sent by Recorded Delivery.
For larger items (any one dimension greater than 500mm when packed) please ensure that you email customer.services@picturecentric.biz first to notify us that the item is being returned. You may use your own courier if you prefer, or arrange collection either by our van or by our appointed courier.
The refund will be a credit voucher receipt (to be used within 12 months).

What is excluded from refunds?
Refunds on frames or prints will only be given in accordance with your legal rights.
Refunds will be given in the form of credit vouchers for Ready Made items provided that the items returned are unused and undamaged, returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 30 days of receipt by you.
If your print or frame order is made specifically for you, once payment is taken, no changes to the order or any cancellation may be made except in accordance with your legal rights. Additionally I will only accept returns in accordance with your legal rights; for example:
if there is a fault with your item
if the item has not been manufactured as specified
If you are returning an item due to a fault, or you believe it has not been made to the specification provided by you, I will arrange for a new item to be made to the correct specifications.
Items being returned may have been opened but they must be unused and undamaged and must be returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Arrangements to return an unwanted or damaged item must be made promptly (within seven days of delivery). If collection of an item is required, I am happy to arrange it but I shall charge you the cost of collection (up to £100). The size of the collection charge will be notified at time of cancellation.
